The booking process is an essential part of running your holiday cottage, and a well designed process will make life much easier for you than a badly designed one or an ad-hoc one. Your booking process should also be one that suits both you and your guests.

The booking process involves manual tasks such as keeping records of payments, but our example booking process also makes use of email or online forms. This automatically keeps a record of much of your booking information, which is not the case when using the phone.
